this is the best weekend i can remember for a long time. here is one of the biggest personal news. we SOLD our trailor!!! it was only on the market for A WEEK!!! now we can put more than 20% down for our mortgage for our brand new condo to avoid PMI and we will have a lot of money left to buy furniture etc for our new home AND WAY over $10,000 in our mutual fund even after all the furniture purchase. we've already started looking at LCD tv 2 (tv stand), dvd player, washer & dryer.

on top of that, the hawkeyes won the big ten championship. it was an unbelivable game. i was on my feet jumping up and down for the last 3 minutes during the huge iowa come back.

we are moving to our new place at the latest on April 17th, 2006.

so next we will be buying some furniture.. do you have any favorite places you wish to share?
